The BMWRA Rally Team is happy to invite you to join us again as a vendor at the 2025 National Rally better known as Motostoria taking place August 28^th – August 30^th 2025 at the Athens County Fairgrounds, in Athens Ohio.

The vendor building will be smaller this year, however there are options to expand outdoors.
Vendors who commit early, will secure space inside the Vendor building.
We are offering vendor booth sizes of 10’X7’ for just $200.00.
Your vendor registration fee will include 1 rectangular table, and 2 chairs, (extras are available for rent).
In addition, an adjacent 10’X7’ spot can also be added at the time of purchase, at the discounted price of $100.00.
This year’s venue will allow for bikes to be brought into the vendor area to be used for display/demonstration purposes. Bikes cannot be started or run indoors.

Also new this year we have added several additional sponsorship options for your business to have a bigger presence at the rally. Listed below is just a few examples and we are open to any sponsorship ideas you may have to help your business standout and gain recognition at the rally.

We hosted approximately 700 attendees at last year’s rally and are gearing up for 1000 attendees this year. Athens offers some of the very best riding Ohio has to offer, and this location is centrally located to our core club members.

The drawing above is the layout of the Vendor Building.

Each booth is 10' wide and 7 ' deep with the exception of P20 which is 16' x 7'.
Booths marked with a "P" are located around the perimeter of the building and have access to electricity with a vendor provided extension cord.
Booths marked with a "C" are located in the center of the room and don't have easy electrical access but have the advantage of being open to customers on two or three sides.
Outdoor booth space is also available at the same rates.

Primary booths are available for $200 each with the exception of P 20 which is $300.

Adjacent connected booths are half price after the purchase of a primary booth space. Please note, the booth map is updated manually. If you have chosen a booth that has already been allocated you will be contacted to resolve the issue.

As a vendor, how do I stand out from the crowd?

Sponsoring an activity at the rally sets you apart as a business that doesn't just want to make a buck from the attendees but as a business that supports and cares for the people and the sport. As an activity sponsor you can put up signs and/or banners at the activity to let the crowd know you sponsored the activity. Your company name and logo, with a click through link will appear on our social media advertising. And, you or your representative is welcome to actually host the activity if it's a live event.

Reach ALL the rally campers! Sponsor Morning Coffee on the day of your choice. Vendor provided signage displayed in the coffee area will tell everyone that you are supporting this VITAL function. In addition, your logo will appear as a click-through link on the rally webpage and on a rotating basis on the BMWRA Facebook page.

This year the rally schedule will be listed on the website and available through an app on each attendee's phone. Have your company name and logo appear at the top of the screen each time to schedule is accessed!

There's a long standing tradition at BMW RA rallies Thursday evenings, that's FREE HOTDOGS & BEER. The Thursday crowd is smaller than the full rally and many of them are rally volunteers. The club gathers the groceries, arranges for the beer and cooks. The sponsor serves the beer. A terrific opportunity to make a lasting positive impression on existing and potential customers!

Live Music!
One of most memorable times at a rally is comradery and conversation in the evening with friends. This most often happens in the Beer Garden with LIVE MUSIC!
Your sponsorship will be announced and you are welcome to display your logo banners.
